Helen Skelton looked incredible as she displayed her toned figure in a navy bikini for her latest Instagram post on Thursday.
The Countryfile host, 39, who is currently enjoying a family trip the the Lake District looked the picture of bliss as she snapped a picture on a paddle board with her youngest son, Louis, five.
The picturesque post comes after the TV presenter reportedly signed up to do this series of Strictly Come Dancing following her shock marriage split with estranged husband Richie Myler earlier this year.

Showing off a sun-kissed glow, Helen looked relaxed and carefree as she went make-up free in the selfie
Shielding her eyes behind a pair of square lens sunglasses, Helen wore her hair in a low ponytail as she smiled subtlety.
She captioned the post: ‘Paddle to the pub. Our kind of night. #lakes #paddle #summer.’

While it has not been officially announced just yet, the star has reportedly signed up to the hit dancing series in a bid to reignite her love life after splitting from her husband earlier this year.
A source close to Miss Skelton told the Daily Mail: ‘This is quite the opposite of the Strictly curse. Helen has already lost the love of her life, now she wants to find a new one.
‘She cannot wait to get stuck into it all, she has been through the most difficult of times, so this is going to open so many doors for her.

‘The negotiations have been going on for some time but the BBC are delighted that they have managed to get Helen on board. They think it’s going to be great, and so does Helen.
‘She is going to make the best of this, and enjoy it.’
The BBC refused to comment on Monday on the signing but is expected to make the announcement on Friday.

In April Helen revealed that she and rugby player Richie, 31, had split after he moved out of their home.
She wrote on Instagram: ‘Very sad to say Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.’
Neither Helen or Richie said what was the reason behind the split.
Shortly after, it was revealed that the sports star was in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill, 32, whose father Andrew is president of the Leeds Rhinos rugby team for which he plays.
