Tracey said she hid her struggle as she threw herself into work and raising her son Frankie, two, and ten-year-old daughter Grace.

Posting her experience to Instagram, the former Married At First Sight star went on to say she was ready to turn a new leaf and begin a journey of self-care.

Thankfully, there appeared to be a happy ending in sight for the self care-coach as she assured her followers she is ‘rebuilding slowly but surely’.

Tracey welcomed her son Frankie in March 2021 with her high school sweetheart Constable – she also shares her daughter Grace with her ex-husband Jacob Anthonisz.
