This is the hilarious moment a carjacker’s pants fall down showing his underwear after he somersaulted out of a stolen black Mercedes following a high-speed chase.
Aerial footage shot by KTLA showed the driver stopped on the freeway as cops pointed guns at him and he tried to free himself from the car.
It’s unclear why the driver tried to exit the vehicle through the window, but as he struggled to wiggle out his pants quickly fell below his waist.
Police were on standby as the driver continued to push himself out the window, with his hands above his head, before theatrically somersaulting onto the ground and laying on the road with his pants still down.
The bizarre pursuit across multiple Los Angeles highways started just before 3pm on Thursday afternoon.
Just a half hour later the driver was heading north on the highway in the Exposition Park area and what appeared to be a flag was seen peaking from the sunroof aerials of the chase revealed.
The driver then head west on the 10 Freeway before exiting on Bundy Drive before again moving eastbound just before 4pm.
The driver eventually exited onto Freeway 10 on Crenshaw Boulevard and stopped briefly on the off ramp before continuing down the street.

After getting stuck in traffic and a comedy of errors the driver made a U-turn and began speeding erratically before ending up on the sidewalk to avoid traffic.
A driver of a pickup truck appeared to try and box the suspect in as police finally surrounded the vehicle.
Nearby motorists quickly abandoned their cars on the highway in a bid to avoid a potential crossfire as the suspect began to exit the stolen car.
As he tried to exit the vehicle, through the window, LAPD officers inched closer with their weapons drawn.
