You fans will be able to keep track of their favorite stalker for one more season.

Netflix announced Friday it has renewed the crime drama for a fifth and final season.

Penn Badgley, who asked for fewer sex scenes in season four out of respect to his wife, will return as the charming but obsessive Joe Goldberg one last time.

‘Goodbye… YOU. Joe Goldberg will return for the fifth and final season of YOU,’ the streaming service posted on Instagram, sharing a video of the actor.

The same video was shared on Twitter, with the message, ‘Brace yourself for Joe Goldberg’s final chapter. You will return for a fifth and final season in 2024!’

The series finale will be helmed by new showrunners.

Sera Gamble, who oversaw the day to day operations for the first four seasons is stepping back.

Michael Foley and Justin W. Lo will take over those duties on the series.

The fourth season of You sees Badgley’s character, Joe Goldberg, receives a taste of his own medicine from a  vengeful serial killer as he attempts to keep a low profile under a new identity.

After killing ten people over the past three seasons of You, Goldberg is unable to escape his past once he catches the attention of a murder, who is dubbed the ‘Eat the Rich Killer.’

Following his move to London, and new life as Professor Jonathan Moore, Joe battles a fresh heartbreak, which he ominously calls the ‘catalyst for a new path.’

The previous season ended with Joe killing Love, the mother of his child, before jetting off to Europe in search of Marienne.
