World Obesity Day on October 11 to raise awareness about causes of and preventive tips for obesity. This imitiative was started in 2015 by the World Obesity Federation. The aim of the day is spread awareness on obesity and motivate people to maintain a healthy weight. According to the National Health Service, USA, reversering the effect of this epedemic is only possible if you can make changes in daily life. If each person becomes responsible for making respective changes in thier own life, only then can this epidemic be reversed. Here are some of the changes that can reduce the risk of obesity.
