He reported that Nikki refused a blood transfusion before surgery and experienced excessive bleeding during the procedure, attributed to very thin blood potentially caused by taking NSAIDs like Advil a few days prior. Her blood pressure dropped to worrisome levels, necessitating hospital admission for observation. Despite her weakness and pain, Nikki remained under close care, with Mike assuring fans he would keep providing updates.​

Following careful monitoring and medical treatment, Nikki’s vital signs stabilized, and she was eventually discharged from the hospital.
