Who Are Adam Sandler’s Parents

Adam was born in New York, on September 9, 1966, to Judith “Judy” (née Levine), & Stanley Sandler, an electrical engineer.

According to the Actor, his Father and mother were in a good relationship. On the other hand, his Father was a jerk.

He is prone to becoming furious and yelling at his children. Adam used comedy to calm down his Father.

Stan initially ridiculed Adam’s ambition to become a comic and called him a “laughing merchant.” He was pleased to learn about his son’s success in Hollywood.

Stan died of lung Cancer in September 2003, just a few months after Adam married Actress Jackie Titone. His child devoted him to charming words at the end of his film “50 First Dates.”

His mother went to tremendous lengths to make their home a cheerful, inviting place.

She would never agree to go on vacation or spend an evening with her friends if she could not bring her children.

Furthermore, whenever Adam returned home late from a Party or business trip, she begged him to wake her up.

She would get up at any time of day (or night) and inquire about her son’s activities. Sandler now looks up to his parents as role models.

His family is Jewish, originating from Russian-Jewish immigrants on both sides. Sandler was reared in Manchester, New Hampshire after his family relocated there when he was six years old.

He received his diploma from Manchester Central High School. When Sandler was a teenager, he was a member of BBYO, a Jewish youth organization.

He graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 1988. Home & More
