Drake landed on the wrong side of a $2 million bet he made on a UFC fight Saturday night.

The Grammy award winner, who loves to gamble, put down $2 million on middleweight champion Israel Adesanya who lost to Alex Pereira during UFC 281 at Madison Square Garden in New York, according to TMZ

This is the third time Pereira has defeated Adesanya, with the first two fights being kickboxing matches.

Adesanya was the favorite going into the fight and Drake was set to earn $2,900,000 if the projected winner came away victorious.

Pereira defeated Adesanya by way of technical knockout as he turned the fight around with a few big punches.

Commenting on his win as he spoke to the crown through a translator Pereira said, ‘for everybody that said I couldn’t do five rounds, look at what I did just now.’

Drake has been known to bet big on other events including the Super Bowl, the NFL Draft and the Spanish Grand Prix.

In other losses this week, Drake and 21 Savage were sued for $4M by publishers Condé Nast for creating fake Vogue magazines, which they promoted as authentic to their combined 281M social media followers.

‘Me and my brother on newsstands tomorrow!’ the 35-year-old Canadian announced on October 30, sharing Photoshopped images of the pair appearing to be on the cover.

Making the prank seem real, Drake added: ‘Thanks @voguemagazine and Anna Wintour for the love and support on this historic moment.’

However, it was all a publicity stunt to promote the joint studio album Her Loss, which Drake and 21 Savage dropped last Friday.

Vogue and its editor-in-chief Anna Wintour ‘have not endorsed Her Loss in any way’ asked the Privileged Rappers ‘multiple times’ to take down the covers, which never happened – according to TMZ Hip Hop.

Drake (born Aubrey Graham) and 21 Savage (born Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph) also reportedly did an email blast, and enlisted street teams to hand out physical copies of their faux Vogue and plastered cities with the cover.

In actuality, Emmy-winning writer Michaela Coel was featured on the November cover of Vogue and Grammy-nominated pop diva Jennifer Lopez is currently featured on the December cover of the 130-year-old fashion mag.

The Rich Flex duo also took their deepfake promotional tour to SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show and several news outlets were fooled by the cleverly-edited interview allegedly shot on October 26.

‘He did this kinda interesting thing. Instead of doing a press tour, he made up a fake press tour and released it,’ the 68-year-old rock-jock marveled on Monday.

‘And then he even put out a clip of me interviewing him. He edited himself in to look like he’s in our studio, and he’s answering questions from me using clips from a different interview…He put together this whole thing and I was like, ‘Jesus Christ!’

‘Like, whenever I have to promote something. I should’ve done it. Hell, whenever I have to go visit my mother I wish I could do this. Drake did such a good job that the news outlets are reporting on it as if it’s real and that’s sort of the weird thing about our lives now. The video has 16M views.’

Drake and 21 Savage even enlisted A Journal for Jordan actor Michael B. Jordan to introduce their fake performance on the set of NBC’s Saturday Night Live.

It prompted rapper-turned-rocker Machine Gun Kelly – who’s engaged to Megan Fox – to commented: ‘Y’all are smart as f***.’

The hip-hop twosome also expertly recreated the set of NPR’s Tiny Desk in order to pretend they were there too.

Drake ‘is both surprised and confused by the lawsuit as so many other organizations all gladly jumped on board and had fun with it,’ a source told the site.
