A Las Vegas sex worker has been accused of viciously beating elderly disabled man in a Caesars Palace hotel room – before taking off with $6,000 and leaving him in pool of blood with a broken face.
Napria Wilson, 26, was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly beat and robbed a disabled man in his late 60s at the Caesar’s Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino last week.
She faces charges of attempted murder, residential burglary and robbery, and remains in custody at the Clark County jail as of Saturday, records obtained by KLAS shows.
At around 7am on October 27, a security guard was dispatched to a room at Caesars Palace, where they discovered a man lying on the floor. His face was drenched in blood, and he was moaning and urgently crying out for assistance.
The victim told police that ‘he had brought a ‘hooker’ to his room… and she beat him and robbed him,’ the report states.

The man reportedly had finished gambling in the early morning of October 27 and was chasing out his winnings when Wilson approached him
The man had sustained severe injuries, including a broken face with multiple fractures. His face bore the scars of a brutal beating and his eyes were swollen shut, police said.
The suspect was later identified as Wilson, who had been charged for soliciting or engaging in prostitution last month and had been previously arrested in 2021 on charges of attempted murder and domestic battery.
The man had reportedly finished gambling in the early morning of October 27 and was cashing out his winnings when Wilson approached him.
Wilson was described as ‘very aggressive’ and allegedly offered to take him up to his room ‘for a good time,’ the victim told police during an interview.
He said Wilson originally said she would charge him $200 for sex. But when they were in the room, Wilson allegedly asked for another $300.
‘The [man] agreed and gave Wilson $500 cash for her services,’ police said. The two then had sex, according to the report.
The victim alleged that Wilson asked for another $500 and he refused to pay more. ‘I already gave it to you,’ he told Wilson.
That’s when Wilson allegedly ‘began to get argumentative with [the man] and told him to give her the money again,’ police said.
She tried to remove his wallet from his pants, the man told police.

The victim said he had limited memory of the attack and only remembered him being punched in the face, falling to the ground and being kicked several times.

Blood had left its mark throughout the room, with splatters on the bed sheets, staining the floor and the furniture, according to an emergency medical technician who had arrived at the site.
Video surveillance reviewed by police shows Wilson walking into an elevator with the man at 5.57am from the casino floor. She walked away from the room and was alone in an elevator at 6.43am.
She then got into a cab and left the scene quickly.
Police identified Wilson and uncovered more videos after talking to the taxi company and the driver.
‘Wilson almost immediately vomits as she enters the cab,’ police said. ‘Wilson apologizes to the driver and tells him she will pay him extra to get her ‘out of here’ and appears to pass him a $100 dollar bill from her purse.
‘Throughout the ride, Wilson seems panicked. At the conclusion of the fare, Wilson exits the vehicle and tells the driver, ‘You never came here, this didn’t happen,’
‘She then gives the driver what looks like an additional $200.’
Wilson was arrested November 1st outside her apartment in Henderson, a city 16 miles from downtown Las Vegas.
Her bail was set at $75,000 and is scheduled to make another court appearance on November 7.
