She gave birth to her third child earlier this year.
And on Monday Casey Batchelor, 37, revealed her incredible two stone weight loss in her latest progress pic.
Casey welcomed her daughter, Daisy, five months ago in June and has been promoting body positivity on her social media since becoming a qualified yoga instructor.

The reality TV star beamed in the photos as she posed in the mirror to display her amazing post-pregnancy figure.
She stood side on for the full length shots as she wore a black underwear set to display every inch of her incredible progress.
The actress turned yoga instructor shared her motivational post paired with a lengthy caption alongside the before and after.

She wrote: ‘A bit nervous but excited to share my latest progress pix after bubba number 3!
‘FYI – in case you’re wondering am not pregnant in the pic on the left – it was taken AFTER I had my gorgeous Daisy!’
Casey revealed that she was back on her yoga regime and the fitness plan had helped her to feel more like her ‘old self’:
‘I’ve been back on my Yoga Blitz plan again and have managed to lose 2 Stone in 3 months. So have gone from 11 Stone 3 to 9 Stone 3.

‘I can even see some baby abs peeping through! I’ve still got a little way to go to get back to my happy weight but am definitely feeling more like my old self.’
Documenting her journey she added: ‘I started out doing our Post Natal plan and then moved onto the classic 90 Day Challenge and will get back on the Bikini Blitz when I’m ready.
‘I’m just so knocked out by how amazing us women’s bodies are – expanding to grow a human and then responding to all that good exercise and diet stuff to get back into shape again – three times in my case!’

The mum-of-three shares her daughters, Daisy, five months, Sadie, 22 months and Florence, three, with fiancé Dane Goodson, 33.
The actress totaled her post-partum weight loss at an amazing eight stone over the course of all her pregnancies:
‘So my total weight loss over 3 babies has been an incredible 8 Stone!!’
Casey shared the details of her fat loss plan as she encouraged her followers to take part in her journey:
