Jana Kramer shared candid regrets and feelings about her choice to have breast implants. In the February 23 episode of her podcast, Whine Down, she discussed her thoughts with guest Kristen Brust, who is considering a breast reduction and lift.
As Brust expressed her worries, Kramer provided reassurance, highlighting that wanting a lift is not a trivial matter and can greatly boost one’s confidence. “If it’s something you want for yourself, that is perfectly acceptable,” Kramer said.

Kramer then opened up about her main regret regarding her breast implants: “My biggest regret with my breasts is that I’m not sure if I did it just for myself. My key piece of advice is that it has to be entirely for you.”
Looking back, she reflected on her experience in a marriage that involved infidelity, where she often found herself comparing to the women her husband was unfaithful with. “I thought, ‘If I had larger breasts, maybe he wouldn’t cheat or would find me more attractive,’” she confessed.
In the end, she came to believe that her decision was for her own good. “After having two children, my breasts sagged a lot, and they didn’t go back to how they used to look. I felt unattractive,” she shared.

Despite her regrets, Kramer conveyed a sense of satisfaction with her choice. “I really enjoyed the results and had a lot of fun with them after my divorce,” she mentioned, revealing that she had the procedure done after separating from her ex-husband, Mike Caussin.
Kramer and Caussin got married in May 2015 and finalized their divorce in July 2021. The former professional football player admitted to having multiple extramarital affairs before he sought treatment for sex addiction in 2016. They share two children: a 9-year-old daughter named Jolie Rae and a 6-year-old son named Jace Joseph.

In addition, she has a third child, Roman, who is 15 months old, with her husband Allan Russell. Kramer and Russell, both 44, tied the knot in July 2024.
In a later podcast conversation, Kramer shared her wish to remove her implants and have a lift instead.
“I prefer a more natural look without implants. So, when the time comes for me to take them out and think about a revision, I don’t plan on choosing implants again,” she said.
