Kuachua Brillion Xiong was arrestedon Thursday and has been detained at the Pottawattamie County Jail in Council Bluffs. He had been driving from his home near Sacramento, California, to kill the person in power and was driving straight to the White House since December 18.
According to the complaint, which was included in the court documents, Xiong used his phone’s map app to find his way to the White House.
He was also charged with making threats against a former US president.
