If you’ve been following Lisa Rinna on Instagram or TikTok, you’ve probably seen her flat abs.

The 56-year-old mother of two enjoys hanging out by the pool, competing in dance battles with her daughters, and sharing throwback workout videos from the early 2000s while flaunting her trim figure.

How Did RHOBH Lisa Rinna Achieve Her Weight Loss Success?

She follows a similarly balanced approach when it comes to her diet. That means she isn’t afraid to eat a variety of foods, including meat, despite following a mostly plant-based diet.

Lisa has previously admitted that she hasn’t always had the best relationship with food, and therapy has assisted her work through those issues.

Lisa’s approach to exercise and diet is one of balance (more on that below). When it comes to the latter, the RHOBH star claims to eat mostly plant-based foods.

Lisa Rinna Before & Photos Explored

Lisa Rinna has always been captivating to watch because of her attractive and healthy body.

Lisa says she likes to keep a positive attitude about what’s on her plate. Some days that means sticking to a plant-based diet, while others call for a burger.

“I don’t like to use the word diet because it makes me want to eat ten times more,” Lisa said in an interview with People. “Moderation is essential.”

Lisa likes to spice up her workouts by incorporating new classes into her regular routine.

She believes in balance, but she is also steadfast. Rinna admits to having tried “every workout known to man” and enjoys getting her body moving most days of the week. She said she goes to an hour-long yoga class every week to keep her physical and mental health in check.

Rinna is constantly posting fun dance videos to her Instagram page, whether she’s dancing solo or with her daughters Delilah and Amelia. Her passion for dancing began as a teen.

In 2008, the RHOBH star even issued her own dance video, complete with leotard. She also appeared on Dancing with the Stars Season 2 in 2007.

How Much Did Lisa Rinna Shed?

Lisa Rinna weighs 58kg standing at the height of 5 feet 5 inches. However, her previous weight is not known.

Lisa weighed in on her own eating habits, revealing that she’s had ‘food issues’ herself, shortly after her daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin opened up about her encounter with an eating disorder.

However, when asked if she believed her daughter had picked up some of her eating habits, Lisa stated that she does not believe she has ever dealt with an eating disorder.

Lisa adores cake and never misses an opportunity to spend time baking with her children. It was, in fact, one of her favorite quarantine activities.
