With Ms. Caddick still missing, her lawyer said today in court that getting instructions from Ms. Caddick’s brother Adam Grimley and husband Anthony Koletti was proving “extremely difficult.”

Mr. Grimley and Mr. Koletti, according to the lawyer, had “other claims on their time that are related to (Ms. Caddick’s) disappearance.”

The lawyer requested that the court consider the fact that “their sister and wife are currently absent.”

The court heard that Ms. Caddick’s lawyers are unsure whether they would be able to testify in the case at all.

Melissa and Tony have sons. On the other hand, there are only a little data about him available on the Internet. Caddick’s kid, born in 2006, was 14 years old when he died in 2020.

Her son told the police that the front door closed at 5.30 a.m. on November 12 during an investigation.

For the previous eight years, she and her mother had been operating without a proper financial license.

All of her possessions, including high-end automobiles such as the 2016 Audi and Mercedes-Benz models, will be auctioned off.

Melissa Caddick and her mother have been in the news for their deception, but other members of her family have remained anonymous.
