According to the affidavit report, Womack attempted to sit on a glasses case with a zipper when police first approached him. An orange cylindrical container with suspected methamphetamine inside was found in the case.
According to the affidavit, investigators discovered numerous syringes, a small glass vile with what they believe to be meth inside of it, a metal spoon, and another empty baggie with what they believe to be meth residue inside the glasses case.
Police took the alleged meth out of the orange container and used a NARTEC field test kit to confirm or deny its presence. The affidavit states that the test kit yielded a meth-positive result.
After being detained, Womack confessed to ingesting meth rather than selling it to the authorities. According to the affidavit, Womack was in possession of nine grams of meth. He was moved without incident to the Benton County Jail.
The affidavit states that Womack was given a $20,000 bail. His $15,000 bail has been imposed. On June 20, Womack appeared in court.
