He has been serving on the boards since Jan 2021 and has been in this post for over a year.
Barry began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston in the 1980s and later moved on to Music Choice, a music company, where he held his first CFO position. Following that, he worked at Netflix, where he oversaw a traditional IPO under Hastings.
He joined Spotify’s board of directors in 2014, and after a year, he was promoted to CFO and Global Head of Free Business.
