Andy began his career in 1998 as a Cyber Security consultant at PwC before moving on to the Department of International Development.

Similarly, he joined PwC as a partner in 2016 and now oversees the firm’s relationship with the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO).

Andy co-founded the LGBRQ representation group ‘Glee’ while at PwC.

Despite the fact that they are not married, the couple lives together in south London. Andy and Charlene met at a party hosted by a mutual acquaintance in 2015.
