He was promoted to Chef de Partie at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay after two years at Claridge’s. He was promoted to Chef de Cuisine, in charge of the culinary staff, after four years.
In September 2020, Matt was named a Chef Patron of Gordon Ramsay’s world-famous restaurants. He is currently in charge of the success of the world-class restaurant.
