Tom Brady has opened up on the stress of watching NFL games from his sofa, as he is still coming to terms with adjusting to ‘a totally new life’ as a retired quarterback: ‘I just want to pull my hair out and go ”what the f*** is going on”!’

The 46-year-old, seven-time Super Bowl champ’ revealed what it’s like to all suddenly turn into a regular football fan after 23 seasons in the NFL, in the wake of the Patriots’ crushing Week 5 loss (3-38) to the Dallas Cowboys this weekend.

Speaking to Jim Gray on the latest episode of his podcast ‘Let’s Go!’ on Apple, Brady said that he finds it ‘hard’ to ‘just games’ nowadays.

‘If you’re part of a loss, you don’t care about anyone else’s losses. You just care about your loss,’ he added.

‘If you win, you look around and go ‘all right, who else lost?”

‘Football’s a tough sports. It’s brutally tough and again I was in it and I had a very big impact on every single game.’

Brady, who’s widely considered as one of the greatest players in NFL history, went on to clarify that he had never really thought about what it would be like to one day be watching snaps from the stands, or his home.

‘I have zero impact on any games,’ he said of this year’s league action.

‘I didn’t have that perspective even when I was playing.

‘This is a totally new life I’m living right now too…32 years of playing and now I’m on the outside looking in.’

Brady, who’s been sparking rumors that he’s dating Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, is also named in a lawsuit from promoting unregistered FTX securities.

It is thought he and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen lost $45million combined when the cryptocurrency firm filed for bankruptcy in November of last year.

FTX’s former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried is on trial for fraud this week.
