Later, gangsta released mixtapes with musicians, including La Chat and Yelawolf, and some of her music. She appeared on albums by both Clipping and Run the Jewels. She has been referred to as a female rap music pioneer.

On August 7, 1979, Lola Chantrelle Mitchell was born in Memphis, Tennessee’s Whitehaven district. She was reared in a middle-class household before her parents’ divorce caused her to “move to the ghetto.” When she was about 14 years old, she started rapping.

A Memphis hip-hop trio, Three 6 Mafia, included Mitchell as its second female member.

She collaborated with artists including Lil Jon, E-40, Outkast, and Gucci Mane after leaving the group in the early 2000s. She also recorded a solo studio album and several mixtapes.

In collaboration with Uproxx, she published a video of her live performance of “I’m Fresh” in December.

Just three days prior, Mitchell uploaded an Instagram selfie with pal MJG with the comment, “MJG over my crazy behavior #pressure.”

The recent Verzuz battle between Three Six Mafia and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony became heated following a brief scuffle between Bizzy Bone and Juicy J.

During the brawl, Gangsta Boo threw jabs but not with her hands. She took the microphone and attacked Bizzy Bone’s mental health.

Some others took to Twitter to express their displeasure with her remarks. People pointed out that her statements concerning his mental health were inappropriate and uncalled for, given his history of tragedy.
