He went on to say that Parkinson’s disease is a type of dementia and that the Russian President most likely suffered from a stroke.

Putin’s use of his right leg had a jerking lifting, according to Petty, which could be caused by vascular dementia.

His remarks are a result of his frequent interactions with a large number of elderly people.

Dementia patients, according to Petty, are very good at concealing their illness. But there will come a time when this person will be unable to do so.

Finally, Haus of Petty believes that Vladimir Putin has a mental illness or has developed one.
