Tristan Sailor: Wendell Sailor’s son was was charged with two counts of aggravated s3xual assault inflicting actual bodily harm. The alleged victim and Sailor met on Instagram in 2019 but didn’t meet in person until the October long weekend in 2020, according to the court.

The name of the woman is not released to the public yet, but she accused that she was raped by Sailor when she was unconscious. The court will argue that the woman did not have the opportunity to consent to the intercourse with Mr. Sailor.

She stated that she was either unconscious or asleep, according to the court.

The court also argues that “Even if she gave the accused some form of consent. She did so while substantially intoxicated by alcohol at the time and could not be said to be giving consent at all.

The 23 years old player has yet to marry and start a family of his own.
