Checo is a Mexican racing driver who currently competes in Formula One for Red Bull Racing.
He has raced for Sauber, McLaren, Force India, and Racing Point in the past. The racing driver won his first F1 race at the 2020 Sakhir Grand Prix, breaking the record for the most starts prior to a race win with 190.
Checo also won his first Formula One pole position at the 2022 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, breaking the record for the most races before a first pole position. Pérez has a contract with Red Bull Racing until the end of the 2024 season.

A video purportedly showing Checo Pérez is spreading on social media, in which he appears to be dancing very closely with a lady who is not Carola Martnez, his wife.
The Mexican driver appears to be celebrating his first place in the Monaco Grand Prix in the aforementioned footage, though not as well as desired.

However, the driver is shown moving too close to one of the party participants near the end of the video. It’s worth noting that Sergio Pérez and his entourage have yet to make a statement on the contentious footage.
He’s also seen singing at a party in other photos. The Austrian team only posted a few photos from the party and a swim in the pool.

Checo Pérez was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, to Antonio Pérez Garibay and Maril Mendoza de Pérez.
He has an elder sister, Paola, and an older brother, Antonio, who is a former stock car racer who drove in the NASCAR Mexico Series.
Carola Martnez is his wife, and the pair has three children. Pérez is a devout follower of the Catholic faith.
Both Pérez brothers are followers of association football, and they have expressed interest in retiring from racing to continue a career in the sport.
He stated in a 2012 interview for the official Formula One website that if he hadn’t been a driver, Perez would have preferred to be a lawyer.
He established the Checo Pérez Foundation in November 2012 to assist orphans & children with cancer. His sister, Paola was the head of the foundation.
