Jane Doe, a lady who wished to remain anonymous, encountered Gooding in a Manhattan pub in August 2013 and was invited to attend him for cocktails at a nearby hotel.

The actor explained that he wanted to freshen himself and asked her to his hotel room. He allegedly raped her after that, according to the lawsuit, and she is demanding a jury trial as well as injunctive relief punishment.
Those criminal trials are still pending. The study in Cuba was scheduled to begin in April but was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
He addressed a pre-trial session in New York earlier this month and donned a Black Lives Matter facemask in the courthouse.
