Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza committed suicide by shooting himself in the lower rear portion of his head.

On December 14, 2012, he shot and murdered his mother, Nancy. According to Wikipedia, the authority found her with four gunshot wounds on her head.

After shooting his mum, Sandy drove to the elementary school. At around 9:35 AM, Adam broke through the entrance and initiated the mass shooting.

At around 9:40 AM, the police heard the final gunshot which was believed to have ended Adam’s life. As per the investigation, the shooting took place mostly in the two first-grade classrooms.

Reportedly, the incident is recorded as the deadliest mass shooting at an elementary school in the United States. Furthermore, it is considered to be the fourth-deadliest mass shooting in US history.

Adam Lanza’s age was 20 years old when the incident took place.

According to Biography, he was born on April 22, 1992. If the shooting hadn’t taken place, he would have been 29 years old today.

Well, he hailed from Exeter, New Hampshire. As per his friends and relatives, Adam suffered from Asperger’s syndrome.

Even after 9 years, we are unaware why he took such a decision. Indeed, the survivors and the victims’ families are still devastated.

The Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting claimed the lives of 28 people, while two others were injured.

Twenty of the 26 school casualties were children aged six to seven years old. The adult school staff, on the other hand, numbered six.

The perpetrator and his mother were two of the thirty victims. Natalie Hammond and Deborah Pisani were among those injured.

Adam cursed several times while shooting, according to the survivors. He also said things like “Look at me!”, “Look at them!”, and “Come over here!”

Nancy Lanza and Peter Lanza gave birth to Adam Lanza.

He is also survived by a brother, Ryan Lanza. According to Adam’s neighbors, his mother used to take him and his brother to learn how to shoot.

He did, in fact, gain access to his mother’s guns. Nancy was said to be a gun enthusiast.

She was not afraid of either of Adam’s sons, according to Adam’s father. Furthermore, she used to leave her rooms unlocked while sleeping because she trusted her children.

Adam Lanza’s death cause was a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

After the shooting, he killed himself. As of a 2013 report, he had planned the event pre-hand.
