The woman stated that a man named Timothy had picked her up in Kansas City at the beginning of September.
She allegedly claimed to have been held captive in a tiny chamber, according to the records. She was restrained with handcuffs around her wrists and ankles in the structure he had built in his basement. She reported that Haslett routinely violated her in the little basement room and beat her while imprisoning her.
