Alex Pike has shared several extraordinary before and after photos of her weight loss journey.
And on Wednesday, Alex Pile, 44, revealed the secrets behind her phenomenal figure – which include gruelling workout regimen and a clean diet.
Posting to her Instagram Stories, the brunette beauty showed off her ripped abs in a crop top and leggings.

She explained that she walks ‘7-10 kms a day, 7 days a week’ and does ‘weight training x 2 times a week’.
Alex also added that she uses celebrity trainer Tracey Anderson’s Method – a program that includes lots of reps, and light weights, which she accesses at home.
Replying to fan questions once again on her Instagram Stories, she revealed that a typical day on a plate for her involves ‘Protein. Little carbs unless I have earned them. Lots of water, and Oysters once a week’.

Alex’s comments come after she shared photos of herself taken in April, 2019, which show her with a fuller face and figure compare to her current toned appearance.
In 2016, she wrote on her website that she doesn’t eat any sugars, breads or pasta and prefers resistance training and body building to aerobics exercises.
‘After having three children I am in the best shape of my life. I owe this to Isagenix shakes twice a day a dinner of lean protein and green based vegetables,’ she wrote.

Besides diet and exercise, Alex has also used cosmetic tweaks to enhance her appearance.
She’s a fan of Cosmelan treatments, which reduces the dark spots caused by melanin, hyperpigmentation and ageing.

Alex added: ‘I hate when people say, “You’re really hot for a mum.” It’s like, really? Do I have to be attractive for a mum? Can’t I just be attractive? ‘I don’t want to be good for my age. I want to be good.’
The former model said she’s had a little help with maintaining her remarkably youthful visage.
Alex first dabbled with anti-wrinkle injections at the age of 23 after a surgeon urged her to try Botox.
‘I ended up having the treatment – just my frown line,’ she admitted.

‘And when it started to take effect, I could not believe the difference and I then started getting more modelling [jobs] because I was looking super fresh.’
She also drinks four litres of water a day, downing three litres while she’s working at her clinic and then another litre at home in the evening.
The brunette beauty is currently in a relationship with AFL coach Nathan Buckley.
