Mam’ Angie, a well-known activist as well as a health and relationship counselor, has left an indelible mark.

Angie, a TV host and HIV/AIDS activist, was diagnosed with HIV while working as a nurse more than 20 years ago.

Diale facilitated It Takes Courage, a curriculum designed to help youth and adults define their goals and learn about healthy and unhealthy relationships by starting conversations in churches, schools, and on street corners.

She also worked as a resident counselor and content advisor for SABC1’s youth program, Choice.
