Daniel Rosenfeld, better known as C418, is a well-known German musician, producer, and sound engineer. In addition, he is best known for his work as the composer and sound designer for the sandbox video game Minecraft.
Likewise, he has also written and produced the theme for Beyond Stranger Things. After being taught music production by Rosenfeld’s brother, he began releasing music on Bandcamp after Danny Baranowsky implied releasing his music on the site.
In 2007, Rosenfeld started his career on a blog known as “Blödsinn am Mittwoch,” where he shared a new song every week. Afterward, he started making albums and releasing them on the blog and Bandcamp as a hobby.
C418 No Longer Associated With Minecraft Development, Why?
C418 is reported to be no longer associated with Minecraft Development. According to his Wikipedia bio, Rosenfeld ended his Minecraft career in 2016.
On 9 November 2013, C418 released the second album of the official soundtrack for Minecraft, titled Minecraft – Volume Beta. Apart from that, other new songs were being updated to game features unavailable when the first batch of music was produced, i.e., the Nether or the End.

Furthermore, in 2014, Rosenfeld released an EP containing the music made for 0x10c, released digitally with little advertising; Rosenfeld sent out a tweet stating that it was available.
In 2015, Rosenfeld cast 148, which, like 72 Minutes of Fame, carried a considerable amount of unique content, albeit negligibly more hidden under lyrics and effects.
C418 Is Married To Heidi Duckler
C418 is married to Heidi Duckler; moreover, the couple has three kids. Similarly, Daniel currently lives in Beverly Hills with his small but happy family.
Furthermore, C418 hasn’t shared any details about his wife and married information. Likewise, he has rarely shared his wife and family picture on his social media handle.
More to this, Rosenfeld’s father was a German immigrant who initially belonged to the Soviet Union. Additionally, his father performed as a Goldsmith. Not to mention, C418 also has an elder brother named Harry Rosenfeld.

C418 is very famous for its professional history, including Minecraft. However, his Minecraft project ended in 2016. However, the reason behind the departure from the project is not mentioned yet.

Additionally, C418 was never concerned to talk regarding it as well. However, we can say he might have left Minecraft to start his journey in other projects after that; he has not been working in 2 Years of Failure.
