Carlton & United Breweries’ brewery on the Gold Coast has been evacuated.
More than 100 staff were evacuated from the Yatala site at about 7am on Thursday after staff reported ‘stinging eyes’.
Queensland Ambulance Service and fire crews attended the scene following ‘a report of fumes’.
One male worker was taken to Logan Hospital in a stable condition and another was assessed by paramedics at the scene.
