Ankara seemed not willing to leave after the fight, still shouting something at a security guard in a yellow shirt trying to escort him out of the field.

Ankara appeared at FOX 5 Tuesday speaking out his experience.

‘I have no idea,’ he said when being asked why he was charged.

Ankara said he went to the game to support his girlfriend, a fan of the Commanders. ‘I was cheering for the Commanders,’ he said.

He claims the a fan in a row in front of him started spewing vitriol towards him.

‘He pushed me first!’ he insisted in his interview.

The Prince George County’s Police said they charged him for what happened after the video was shot, details of which remain unclear.

Ankara has cuts on his arms and hands and stitches on his face. The man was treated at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Virginia.
