Clinton Cabbage and Daniel Green have been identified as the deputies involved in the Pasco shooting.
According to newly released video, Clinton fires a shot through the windshield at Brown. Green also orders him to raise his hands and then shoots him in the back.
Unfortunately, no arrests have yet been made.

Later, his wife reached a settlement with the Sheriff’s office valued around $220,000. However, the sheriff’s office did not release the entire video footage of the incident at the time.
