Clinton Cabbage and Daniel Green have been identified as the deputies involved in the Pasco shooting.
According to newly released video, Clinton fires a shot through the windshield at Brown. Green also orders him to raise his hands and then shoots him in the back.
Unfortunately, no arrests have yet been made.
