Grant Gaumer, 37, is facing statutory sodomy charges as well as one allegation of sexual contact with a student. He taught at Lindbergh High School.

A 37-year-old Lindbergh High School teacher, Grant Gaumer, is currently in the news after a student accused him of sexual harassment. Finding such an allegation as a teacher has been suffocating news thus far.

Therefore, according to authorities, he taught at Lindbergh High School for eight years and now resides in Glendale.
He was also the Gay-Straight Alliance group’s teacher liaison and assistant water polo coach at the school. Due to Gaumer’s extensive interactions with youngsters, St. Louis County Police believe there are more victims.
According to criminal documents, he and the student participated in sexual conduct between March 1 and March 31, 2022. The pupil was only 17 years old.
Because of the amount of contact he had with pupils, police suspect there may be more victims. He was also the assistant water polo coach and the teacher liaison for the school’s Gay-Straight Alliance and teaching.

A former Lindbergh High School teacher, Grant Gaumer, was arrested today by St. Louis County Police. District administrators were informed that he had been charged with two counts of Statutory Sodomy in the Second Degree and one case of Sexual Contact with a Student.

As per the report, it comes to know that, Any report that a teacher may have engaged in inappropriate behavior causes us great concern.
We take any accusation of staff misconduct very seriously because our schools are places where pupils should always feel protected.
When a parent complained about possible inappropriate behavior, district administrators immediately filed a report with the Division of Children’s Services, as required by Missouri law. The instructor was removed from the classroom for the rest of the school year.
As per parents’ voices, they said, We have worked closely with the St. Louis County Police Department and will continue to supply them with any information or help they require.
