Cadbury has just launched a new Creme Egg product in Australia – and foodies are already obsessed.
The popular chocolate brand partnered with Peters Ice Cream to create the ‘Creme Egg Tub‘ ($12) which expertly transforms the chocolate into a frozen dessert tub with a surprise core.
Described as a ‘dessert experience like no other’, Aussies will find the ice cream generously loaded with milk chocolate pieces, swirled through vanilla and filled with a deliciously gooey Creme Egg core.
‘This is the best ice cream you’ll ever eat from a supermarket,’ a foodie said.
The sweet treat is accompanied by the Creme Egg stick ice cream ($9.50 for a four-pack) that’s back by popular demand – after Aussies spent months begging the confectionery brand for a year-round release.

The beloved creamy chocolate treat has been given a refreshing spin for the summer – and just in time for this year’s early Easter.
Both frozen buys are exclusively available at Coles for a limited time.
Ange, a Melbourne-based food vlogger, said: ‘I absolutely love Creme Eggs – and I love that the ice cream tub oozes as well.
‘It’s seriously delicious, and it actually looks like I’m eating an egg. Everyone needs to try this – you won’t be disappointed.’
Food reviewer Nick Vavitis also claimed that seasonal chocolate should be sold year-round.
‘I absolutely love Creme Egg, so this is a yes from me,’ he said through mouth-fulls. ‘They have nailed this, this might be one of my favourite ice creams from Cadbury.’
‘We know Aussies are obsessed with Creme Egg when it returns to the supermarket every year, and who can blame them,’ Andrea Hamori, Head of Marketing at Peters Ice Cream, told FEMAIL.
‘Knowing the scale of their popularity makes releasing this Creme Egg frozen duo in the lead up to Easter that much sweeter.’
International chocolate fans also revealed their envy.
‘How do I get this in Canada?’ one asked.
‘I’m so jealous – I need to fly across the pond right now,’ another said.
‘Why don’t we have these in America? I need them now!’ a third added.
