What Happened To Football Player Awysum Harris? Death Cause

Football player Awysum Harris’s death cause has been cited as the natural reason.

ASU even put an official statement from the university’s president, Quinton T.Ross, expressing his grief on the loss of a young athlete.

Apparently, Harris died in his sleep. However, the actual natural cause has not been specified yet.

Though it appears quite odd for someone so young as Awysum to pass away in sleep, it is not entirely impossible. However, the officials still need to conduct an investigation to rule out the possibility of any ill-doing.

Awysum Harris Obituary: Star Gone Too Soon

Awysum Harris’s obituary is flooding social media following the sad news.

A native of Alabama, Harris spent most of his childhood in the Courtland area. He attended Austin High School in the state and graduated from the school in 2020.

The 6 feet 4 inches giant was one of the best football players in his school. During his senior career, he finished with 105 tackles and 14 tackles for loss.

On February 5, 2020, Awyusm officially started his journey at ASU as he signed the university contract in the Austin High School auditorium. He chose the college over offers from UAB, Chattanooga, Eastern Kentucky, UAB, Jacksonville State, Chattanooga, Eastern Kentucky, and Southeast Missouri State. However, the liner back redshirted in 2021.

Considering that Awysum Harris was attending the university on a sports scholarship, Awysum Harris might have had a decent net worth at the time of his death. But, his actual fortune is not disclosed yet.

Family Details Amidst the Unfortunate Loss

Awysum Harris’s family has not released any details yet.

The late athlete seemed pretty close not only with his parents but also with his grandparents. In fact, they were present during his singing at ASU. So, it must be really difficult for the family to cope with such sudden trauma.
