His missing case story is fictionally documented. His story was told in an episode of the television show The First 48: Missing Persons. It is a show that follows detectives from the Chicago Police Missing Persons Unit as they try to solve a missing person’s case.
Reyes’ story was featured in the seventh episode of the show’s first season and has an IMDb page. Regrettably, nothing was ever discovered about him. The investigation could still be ongoing.

I’m watching the @Chicago_Police on the First 48 Missing Persons on @AETV watching detectives hunting night & day for whoever is being reported missing. Kidnapping, rape, murder, & all crimes aren’t handled by patrol officers. Let’s get out the weeds instead of burning the crop.
