Martin will begin filming new episodes of the hit BBC show in a few weeks and has stated that he had no plans to leave as the show approaches its 10-year anniversary.

The actor now intends to spend as much time as possible with his family but has chosen to keep his children, Scott, 14, and Megan, 12, in the dark about the issue.
