Former Kaufman County Judge Eric Williams will remain to wait for on death row after the Texas Court of Criminal Appeal dismissed his death punishment appeal.

When Is Eric Williams Execution Date?
On December 17, 2014, Eric Williams was sentenced to die by lethal injection. He is currently awaiting his execution, as he is incarcerated in the Polunsky Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
Similarly, on May 14, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court denied Williams’ appeal and did again filed a new appeal in August 2019.
Presently, it will be up to the preliminary adjudicator to set a final execution date.
