After a local court ordered the police to file a case, the Chatushringi police filed one under relevant sections of the IPC against Ranjit Mohite, the original owner of the land, Avinash Bhosale, the founder of ABIL Group, his son Amit, and two others.

A group of people went to court and filed a private case, alleging that the land was intended for gazetted officers and that, according to a 1951 government resolution, the land was designated for commercial purposes and could not be transferred to any private person.

“The land in Shivajinagar where the ABIL office is located belonged to Mohite’s grandfather, who was gazetted officer who obtained the land for residential purposes,” claimed Rajesh Bajaj, one of the complainants who attended the court and filed a private case. 

Avinash Bhosale’s estimated net worth is $640 million according to lifeofalpha.com. He enrolled in a vehicle course in the 1980s and began living in a rented room in the Peth area.

Bhosale, at 17, earned Rs. 10,000 from his father and purchased an autorickshaw, inspired by his home proprietor’s plan of renting out autorickshaws.

The businessman stated how his failure in the HSC exams grounded him and drove him away from his formed town, Sangamner, to Pune, where he ultimately became wealthy.

However, it is known that she is the daughter of a former Congress Minister for the Environment. Swapnali Bhosale Kadam is Avinash’s daughter. Swapnali was married to Vishwajeet Patangrao Kadam, the son of former Education Minister Patangrao Kadam.

In the year 2012, Swapnali married Vishwajeet. His son is Amit Bhosale. He is the Managing Director of The ABIL Group.
