Larry Dewayne Hall is Gary’s twin brother and a notorious serial killer. With the release of the Black Bird trailer, the murder case has resurfaced.

“Black Bird,” an Apple TV+ series, is based on a suspected serial killer who was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole after confessing to his crimes.

The show premieres on July 8, and the first trailer has already sent shivers down viewers’ spines. Let’s take a closer look at the killer and the tragic event.

Suspected serial killer Larry Dewayne still serves his life in jail for the tragedy of Jessica Roach. According to CNN, he is currently at the Butner Federal Correctional Complex in North Carolina.

Before that, the officers escorted Larry to Medical Center for the Federal Prisoners in Missouri. However, he only faces charges for the crime against Jessica and is suspected of killing around 40 women.

Hall got convicted and sentenced to prison with no parole for kidnapping the victim. A federal prosecutor, Beaumont, further mentioned that there is a mandatory life term without parole if the convicted suspect’s kidnapping resulted in death.

Blackbird 2022 Story On Larry Dewayne Hall

Apple TV+ is coming up with a new series Blackbird on 8 July 2022, with a six-episode. It featured the true crime story of Jimmy Keene and Larry Dewayne Hall.

Taron Egerton has portrayed the role of Keene, and Paul Walter Hauser played the character of an infamous killer, Hall. The series reflects the case of Jimmy, who faces a ten-year sentence on him.

Moreover, the prosecutor gives him a choice to either serve the whole sentence or get Hall to confess additional murders by befriending him.

Larry Dewayne doesn’t appear to have a wife. He grew up with his father, Robert, a cemetery worker, and his mother, a homemaker.

He and his twin grew up helping their dad with his work. The family lived together, but Gary was aware of his brother’s behavior early, as he mentioned Larry tried to kill him several times.
