There is a backstory to what happened between Nelson Piquet and Nigel Mansell that led to extreme bitterness. The social media is currently curious to know what Piquet says about Mansell’s wife Roseanne.
The rivalry between teammates Nelson and Nigel is not new. Serious insecurity developed in Nelson after Mansell proved to become a threat to him in both Williams – Honda and F1 as a whole. Nelson Piquet passed a derogatory comment on Nigel Mansell’s wife Roseanne back in the 80s. Just before the 1988 season began, Piquet made some nasty and impolite remarks about his opponents to the general media, branding Senna as gay and Mansell as ignorant.

The F1 took Twitter to address their condemnation over Nelson’s racist remark on Lewis on 28th June. Fans are commenting on the tweet that it was not a surprise for them to see him say all those. The derogatory comments he has been passing to people for over 3 decades now are still afresh in everybody’s fine.
He said, “The n******* put the car in the wrong way and didn’t let [the other driver swerve]. The n******* put the car in the wrong way on the corner, it’s because you don’t know the curve. It’s a very high curve, there is no way to pass two cars and there’s no way you can put the car aside. He did [Verstappen] dirty. His luck was that only the other one was gone.”
F1 said that language that’s racist or discriminatory was never appropriate and has no place in society. Similarly, Hamilton’s team Mercedes said that any use of language that was racist or discriminatory in any way was strongly condemned. They further added that Lewis had led the fight against prejudice in the sport, and he was a great advocate for diversity both on and off the track.

The Brazilian driver, Nelson is married to his partner Vivianne de Souza Leão and they have two wonderful children, Marco Piquet and Pedro Estacio Piquet.
Having resided in Brazil for 45 years, Vivanne was born in Goiânia. When she was a year old, their family moved to the nation’s capital to begin a new life. She began studying business administration at Club but dropped out after accepting a position at an advertising agency.
