On November 1, 2021, the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) ranked him as high as ninth overall. He played doubles on September 27, 2021, and got as high as 124 in the world.

Sinner’s most recent appearance came at the French Open when he was upset by Andrey Rublev in the round of 16 and forced to retire. Sinner was forced to withdraw from this week’s ATP event in Halle due to a knee injury sustained during his last-16 match at the French Open.

On the other hand, Sinner is making good progress in his recovery, and it is anticipated that he will begin his grass season the following week in Eastbourne.

Italian Tennis Player Jannik Sinner has not appeared to have any injury in his arm. However, It appears that world No. 12 has not fully recovered from a knee injury since he has withdrawn from the ATP event scheduled to take place in Halle the following week.

Sinner, who is 20 years old, was expected to make his first participation in the Halle main draw this year. The organizers of the Halle tournament will be pretty disappointed to hear that German tennis fans will not have the opportunity to watch Sinner compete at the event this year.

In 2019, Sinner participated in the Halle main draw qualification tournament; however, they were eliminated before moving on to the main draw proper. Now that Sinner has made it into the top 15 players, and he is free to participate in any tournament of his choosing without having to qualify first.

Jannik Sinner has reported that the knee injury he sustained is ‘feeling better and that he will be able to begin his grass season the following week.

The world number 13 player, who is only 20 years old, experienced a devastating loss at Roland Garros when he was forced to quit his match against Andrey Rublev in the round of 16.

This appeared to imperil his grass season; however, after undergoing treatment, he has stated that he will be coming to the United Kingdom this week to compete in Eastbourne, followed by a trip to Wimbledon.
