Is Jethro Dead? Was Comedian Geoffrey Rowe aka Jethro Racist?

Fans of the comic Jeffro received some heartbreaking news this morning. The news that he was no longer with us shocked everyone. His supporters are searching the internet for proof, hoping the report isn’t a hoax.

The former stand-up comedian died on December 14, 2021, according to sources.

Geoffrey Rowe, better known by his stage name Jethro, was a well-known British singer and comedian. He is best known for his comedy shows and video documentaries.

Rowe began his career as a bass singer for the local operatic society in St Just, Cornwall. He then went on tour, performing in taverns and clubs around the area. Jethro’s stand-up routines gradually improved.

Is Jethro Dead, Was Jethro Racist?

The 73-year-old Cornish comedian died after contracting Covid-19.

Jethro was chastised throughout his career for making racist remarks, as his stand-up routine included profanity and sexual anecdotes, as well as his Cornish accent and rural attire.

He was a stand-up comedian in the mold of Bernard Manning, Jim Davidson, and Roy Chubby Brown, and he was chastised for incorporating racism, misogyny, and homophobia into his act.

Jethro’s success over a long career was remarkable, according to comedian Richard Herring, but he added, “Part of my admiration for him stems from the fact that his work isn’t as bad as some of his peers’. As a result, that’s a bit of a counterintuitive benefit.”

Who Was The Comedian Married To?

Jeffro did not have a long-term relationship with his wife, but he did have one with his partner Jennie.

Jesse and Lanyon, his two sons, Sarah, his stepdaughter, Stacey, and, of course, his adoring grandchildren survive him.

We value their privacy and want them to be able to grieve in peace during this difficult time.

Jethro Net Worth At Death

Jethro Comedian’s net worth is estimated to be $15 million. As a stand-up comedian and on television, he amassed a sizable fortune. He worked as a woodworker and a lumberjack before becoming a comedian.

The comedian was well-known for his charitable efforts in addition to his comedy.
