Pittsburgh Penguins: Is Sidney Crosby Injury Severe? Know What Happened

After taking a hit to the head, Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby left Wednesday’s playoff game during the second period due to an injury, the injury seems severe.  Because of the hitting, he could not participate in the 24-second shift.

Crosby left the game after New York defenseman Jacob Trouba elbowed him in the head while skating through the shot.

Early in his minor hockey years, Crosby had attracted media attention for his play and gave his first newspaper interview at an early age of seven.
