Mitchell Wagner Arrested Over Criminal Conspiracy – Guilty Or Innocent? Details

Mitchell Wagner was apprehended after his license plate was captured on a surveillance camera. First-degree property damage was filed against him.

Wagner’s next hearing regarding the incident at Washington University is set for today, July 13, 2022.

Wagner is the son of Ward-4 city council candidate Tamarah Wagner had been charged with felony property damage. His father is Dr. Frederick Wagner. 

He was accused of vandalizing a mural of African-Americans on a tunnel on the Washington University campus.

According to the Spokane Spokesman-Review, Coeur d’Alene Police Chief Lee White said 31 members of the Patriot Front — which the Southern Poverty Law Center defines as a white supremacist organization — looked to have come to “riot downtown.”

The group’s 31 members were apprehended after being discovered packed in the back of a U-Haul truck. The 31 people who made up the group came from 12 different states.

According to the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office, all 31 people arrested have been released on bail. According to a department representative, the date of their next court appearance is uncertain.

According to the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department arrest records, Garland, 23, is from Freeburg, Illinois. The bail for both guys was set at $300.

Mitchell Wagner is said to be 24 years old man, which makes his birth year 1998. He is a Florissant native, was arrested and accused in March of allegedly defacing a Washington University Black history mural.

The painting was spray-painted with the words “Patriot Front” on a white background, covering obscuring the original mural’s historic Black people.
