Serbegeth Singh, a former international player and media personality, is no longer alive, he died today 12th January 2022 from what appears to be a cardiac arrest.
The 61-year-old, known for his flamboyant and passionate broadcast sports commentary, is said to have died of a heart attack while riding in Sunway Iskandar, Johor Baru.
Singh refused to take over practice sessions and stated that the club’s supervisor will be an experienced individual, effectively dismissing Scotland manager Kevin MacDonald.

The former Blackburn rovers advisor Shebby Singh, died at 61. Shebby was suspected of having died from a heart attack while riding, according to Iskandar Puteri district police commander Dzulkhairi Mukhtar.
He represented Malaysia for nine years, winning a gold medal at the SEA Games in 1989 and a bronze medal in 1985.

Shebby won three Malaysia Cups as a player for Kuala Lumpur in his prime.

Singh began his career as a defender for Johor F.A. before moving to the Federal Territory in 1983. Johor F.A. sentenced him to a year in prison for allegedly relocating without permission.
He was most closely associated with Kuala Lumpur F.A., where he was a member of the 1987-89 team that won the Malaysia Cup three years in a row.

He also played for Negeri Sembilan F.A. and Pahang F.A. before retiring with Perak F.A. in 1996.
He represented Malaysia for nine years, competing in three Asian Games in 1982, 1986, and 1990, winning a gold medal at the Southeast Asian Games in 1989.
Venky’s, the club’s owners, hired Singh as a worldwide adviser at Blackburn Rovers F.C. in 2012. He was a huge success both as a player and as a manager.
Shebby has also worked as a football analyst for Astro SuperSport, FoxSports, and ESPN Asia for the past 22 years.
