One-eyed Baz aka Barrington Patterson died of a heart attack on 22 March, Tuesday morning. His wife Tracey announced the news on social media about his demise.

She penned, “This morning at 6 a.m., my beloved husband suffered a massive heart attack. West Midlands Ambulance Service worked for over an hour to save him, but it was not to be, and we are heartbroken.”

Every minute, tributes and condolences are being posted on social media in memory of Baz. “I confirmed this morning, with great sadness, that I had lost my good friend and big-hearted Zulu warrior Barrington. My heart breaks for his family “Cass Pennant expressed her thoughts on Twitter.

“The Club is stunned to learn of the passing of lifelong Bluenose, Barrington Patterson,” Birmingham City FC said in a statement. During this tough period, our thoughts are with his family and friends. “May you rest in peace, Baz,” the club tweeted. 

Barrington Petterson’s wife Tracy Petterson shared the news about her husband’s death on the internet. The athlete has an estimated net worth of $4million as of March 2022.
