The ex-husband stepped out of his car and approached Koch’s 2022 Cadillac, according to prosecutors and court documents acquired by News 4. According to reports, Koch drove toward the man, causing him to jump out of the way.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, the defendant reportedly participated in behavior that presented a grave risk of death to another person by purposely driving his vehicle toward the victim after the victim exited his vehicle and had approached the defendant’s vehicle.
