Keith Hovan, the CEO of the Southcoast Hospitals Group, was purportedly apprehended by Rochester police. Following the incident, he was charged with one count of threatening behavior, according to court documents.
The medical clinic board is currently assessing his situation, and the Hovan family will support the board’s decision. Hovan is the president and CEO of the Southcoast Health System at the moment.

He formerly worked at Bridgeport Hospital as the Director of Nursing for Surgical and Emergency Services, Nurse Manager of Emergency Services, and a staff nurse.
